  • 8 Session Program

    • Either weekly (2 month intense program) or bi-weekly (4 month program) 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

      • 8 session programs are more intense, because of the shorter length of time, where only the most committed should consider

      • Bi-weekly schedules allow for more time to implement my recommendations and assess how you feel

OR

  • 12 Session Program

    • Either weekly (3 month intense program) or bi-weekly (6 month program) 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

      • Six month programs prove to be the most successful as they allow me to guide clients through the ups and downs of life, which may interfere with their health & wellness goals, as well as give the clients time to build sustainable habits and confidence in making healthy decisions

      • Bi-weekly schedules allow for more time to implement my recommendations and assess how you feel

  • Comprehensive wellness assessment

  • Personalized diet (defined as what you eat), nutrition, and lifestyle plan to help you reach your health & wellness goals

  • Accountability to ensure you stay on track

    • Either 6 to 9 month bi-weekly, 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

    • Personalized diet focused on balanced, healthy eating & optimal supplementation for you and your baby throughout pregnancy

    • Manage unpleasant symptoms including morning sickness, food aversions & swelling

    • Manage cravings & regulate blood sugar

    • Tips on how to avoid or manage pregnancy health conditions such as gestational diabetes

    • Recommendations for prenatal moms

    • Gentle accountability to ensure you stay on track while giving yourself grace

    • Unlimited guidance and support via email

  • Prep to Prenatal Program

    • 12 month bi-weekly, 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

    • Includes General Prenatal Program plus the following:

      • identify factors that may be affecting your hormones and fertility

      • eliminating toxins and other environmental factors that may affect fertility

      • diet and nutritional information to improve (while not guaranteed) your chances of conceiving and set you up for a successful pregnancy

OR

  • Prep to Postpartum Program

    • 15 month bi-weekly, 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

    • Includes General Prenatal Program plus the following:

      • identify factors that may be affecting your hormones and fertility

      • eliminating toxins and other environmental factors that may affect fertility

      • diet and nutritional information to improve (while not guaranteed) your chances of conceiving and set you up for a successful pregnancy

      • guidance on how to balance hormones postnatal

      • nutrient-dense foods to eat to nourish you and baby while nursing

      • recommendations and resources for postnatal moms

OR

  • Prenatal to Postpartum Program

    • Either 9 or 12 month bi-weekly, 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions

    • Includes General Prenatal Program plus the following:

      • guidance on how to balance hormones postnatal

      • nutrient-dense foods to eat to nourish you and baby while nursing

      • recommendations and resources for postnatal moms

how do I get started?

I am going through medical treatment and am weak and somewhat sick. can I still enroll in your program?

Yes! I can work with your doctor to ensure any suggestions I may have are approved by him/her. My program is gentle and nourishing with no adverse side effects and should support your body through the treatment.

Are the sessions protected under hipaa?

Yes, the sessions are private and covered under HIPAA.

how will we meet?

All coaching sessions will be held virtually via zoom; however, if you are more comfortable talking via phone that is an option as well.

I want to make a change but do not want anything that will disrupt my already hectic life. can your program accomodate my lifestyle?

Of course! My program is all about meeting you where you are in life. I have a simple, lightly structured program that can be incorporated into any lifestyle…no matter how busy!

I am pregnant but not at the beginning of my pregnancy. Can i still work with you?

Yes! We can create a flexible program that accommodates where you are in your pregnancy.
